Our client is a Japanese MNC manufacturing company focusing on home appliances. They are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to further develop the company's strategic marketing plan and grow the company's business.
【Responsibilities】- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics (in line with the company objectives) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage the company's marketing budget, coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and report on the key performance matrix with concrete ROI analysis, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Determine the budgets and targets, and be in charge of developing pricing strategies for products and services.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors and develop potential new strategic partner relationships.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications; a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis) and work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.
- Conduct market research & analysis, such as performing and producing market insights and competitor's development to enhance company competence in developing competitive products and services to gain market share.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Assist in the Product Development team, Product Licensing Acquisitions & Accreditations from relevant agencies/vendors/suppliers; support in providing feedback on Quality & Service issues to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and submit monthly, quarterly & annual reports and supervise to oversee of PSI preparations, updating and finalisation.
- Work closely with sales to assist in the analysis of sales forecast, and monthly & annual sales achievement by dealer & by-product.
- Variable Bonus (Depending on the company's and individual's performance)
- Annual Leave: 14 days (Maximum up to 21 days)
- Medical Leave: 14 days
- Transportation Allowance (MRT/Bus)
- Medical Allowance: S$250/year (Reimbursement)
【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Retail Management/Business Administration, or related
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B Marketing
- Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin to network and liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking dealers, stakeholders, marketing agencies, promoters, etc.
- Strong analytics and reporting skills, marketing planning, and execution, as well as copywriting skills
- Experience in budgeting and pricing strategies, a creative mind who can propose promotional ideas
- Willing to do weekly visits with sales executives to the dealers for further understanding of current demand
- Experience in marketing within the Home Appliance/Consumer Electronics industry
- Experience working in a Japanese company
