Geylang - Customer Service Officer (3 Months Contract)
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at Fitness First Singapore as a Customer Service Officer. You will be the first point of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve handling inquiries, addressing member concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all those who interact with our brand.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, and in-person interactions
- Providing clear and helpful information to members about our facilities, services, and policies
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assisting with the coordination of member events and activities
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and standards
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to contributing to a positive team environment
- Fluency in English, computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office to perform administrative duties
