Business Development Manager | Up to $10k + Bonus | Digital Marketing - Bukit Merah

• Basic from $4,500 to $5,500 + Performance Bonus
• Commission + Basic Gross up to $8k - $10k
• Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm
• Location: Chinatown

• Generate leads, conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company’s services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify their digital marketing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Arrange and oversee sales appointments to present digital marketing solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and information in the CRM system.
• Address client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• Create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and present customized proposals based on each client’s specific digital marketing requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and rapport-building with key decision-makers.

• Min. 1 year experience in digital marketing & 1 year experience in sales or business development.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• A "hunter" mindset with a fearless attitude.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles is an advantage.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing are a plus.
