Pharmacy Assistant (Based in Singapore)(ID: 685207)

Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Process inpatient and outpatient medication orders, including prescription entry, packing, and labeling in line with policies and SOPs.
• Assist in medication reconciliation by counting and sorting patients’ own medicines.
• Monitor and maintain drug inventory, including weekly cycle count reconciliation, and tracking & reporting stock-out situations
• Ensure proper stock storage and organization following First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and required storage conditions.
• Replenish ward stock via Omnicell systems (inpatient setting).
• Support repackaging and pre-packing of medicines for daily operations.
• Receive and verify incoming stock deliveries.
• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Section In-Charge.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of Diploma in Pharmacy
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach in identifying and resolving issues.
• A cooperative and reliable team player
• Possesses strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly.
