Event Project Coordinator

TLK Events manages pasar malam, food fairs, festive lighting projects, and event logistics across Singapore.

We are looking for a dependable and proactive individual who wants to grow in the events industry.

• Handle client enquiries and follow-ups
• Prepare quotations, proposals & simple presentations
• Provide project progress updates to clients
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers & contractors
• Attend site visits, meetings & project planning
• Supervise event setups / lighting installations
• Maintain schedules, invoices & admin records
• Support leads and new business opportunities

• Diploma in any discipline
• Good communication skills
• Organised and responsible
• Basic Canva / Google Workspace preferred
• Comfortable attending site visits and travelling within Singapore when required (typically 2–3 times per week)
• Own transport is a plus
