Business Development & Marketing Executive (MBA Graduate) - Jurong West

We are looking for a proactive and multi-skilled Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to support our growth across sales, marketing, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is an MBA graduate with internship experience across multiple business verticals and is passionate about innovation, digital strategies, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing strategic business growth initiatives
• Conduct sales outreach, lead generation, and follow-up via CRM tools
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, social media, and email marketing
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
• Prepare business presentations, reports, and proposals
• Contribute to logistics and supply chain optimisation projects
• Support cross-functional teams with business innovation strategies

Requirements:

• MBA in Business Administration or related field
• Completed multiple internships in the fields of:

• Additional certification or training in Logistics and Supply Chain Management is highly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, digital marketing platforms, and CRM systems
• Creative thinker with a passion for business innovation and execution
