Telecom RF Engineer (4G/LTE)
- Location: Bedok (10 minute walk from Bedok MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Gross up to $4,500 (Basic up to $4200 + $240 Standby Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus + 18 day Annual Leave + $600 Medical Leave
- Duration: 1 year contract, can be converted to permanent position

Main Responsibilities:
- Support 4G site rollout: survey, design, testing, commissioning & optimization
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and engineering activities
- Coordinate with contractors/suppliers to meet milestones
- Manage inventory and project materials
- Support tender preparation and technical proposals
- Troubleshoot and maintain 4G network performance (LTE, RF)
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations
- Perform standby duties for faults and major events
Requirements:
- Diploma in Telecommunications / Electronics or related
- At least 2 years experience in the maintenance of LTE mobile networks and working with 4G radio access technologies, antenna systems and RF network
- Class 3 driving license required
- Comfortable with site work (rooftops, tunnels, construction sites)
- Able to work overtime and standby (24/7 when required)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
