Responsibilities
- Project manage infrastructure and buildings projects within new estate divisions
- Managing project budgets, schedule and resources
- Coordinating with team members and stakeholders as part of the design interface
- Reporting project status to management team as and when needed
- Assist in preparing development paper submissions as part of the funding approval process
- Interface and coordinate with government agencies /authority on any development issues
- Identify potential construction related issues or /and contractual disputes and provide appropriate solution, ensure a quality tender documents with all necessary requirements,
- Deliver the buildings and infrastructure on time
- Resolve technical and design issues with consultants and contractors
- Background in Electrical Engineering,preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in developer, consultant or contractor firms.
- Is a team player with positive attitude & strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proactive and positive in delivery day-to-day task
- Good in written communication and language skills
