Reporting to the Finance Director, you will act as the Commercial Finance Lead for the region. This is a high-visibility role where you will ensure operational excellence and delivery of fiscal transparency across multiple markets. As a key strategic partner to both internal leadership and external client stakeholders, you will drive the full accounting cycle, regional quarterly forecasting, and annual budget planning.
You will have significant autonomy to navigate complex commercial challenges, optimizing performance and aligning reporting standards across a diverse APAC footprint. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for talent development and leading a high-performing regional team.

We are seeking an independent, culturally agile problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should hold a recognized degree in a relevant financial discipline, supported by at least 8 years of progressive experience in financial leadership and business partnering. Proven expertise in sectors with high-volume operational complexities, such as hospitality, F&B and retail is highly advantageous.

You must demonstrate a track record of managing remote regional teams and the ability to influence senior management across different time zones. Strong commercial acumen and professional resilience are essential for acting as a trusted advisor to international leadership.
