We are looking for candidates to embark on our Church Project.
- To perform estimation for variation submission
- Valuing and preparing progress claims and payments of suppliers
- Prepare variation orders, progress payments and claims and finalisation of accounts
- Perform measurements for quantities
- Evaluation of price comparison
- Attend site and Consultant/Technical meetings
- Monitoring of project variations
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by supervisor and management
- Degree in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Building or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, handled projects with complicated Archi/ID scope as Main contractor is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor.
