Assistant Director, Healthcare Strategic Communications & Engagement - Toa Payoh

• Lead strategic communications, branding, and marketing initiatives to position the institution as a leader in healthcare
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagements, hosted visits, and community outreach events
• Drive marketing and digital campaigns to enhance the institution’s visibility and reputation
• Support fundraising efforts through strategic donor communications and stewardship
• Mentor and lead a high-performing communications team
• Lead academic and community engagement events to strengthen institutional presence
• Monitor industry trends, measure impact, and provide insights to senior leadership
• Oversee project execution, budget allocation, and cross-functional coordination

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Journalism/ Communications/ Public Relations or related studies
• 18 - 20 years of experience in Healthcare communications, marketing, or strategic engagement roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling narratives across channels
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and influencing across complex environments
• Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills and executive presence
• Proven change leader with experience navigating ambiguity and aligning cross-functional teams
• Effective people manager with experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and fostering inclusive, collaborative cultures
