Department: Group Human Capital

• Period: 6 months
• Salary: based on experience

• Key Responsibilities:
• Support the annual performance appraisal and review exercise across the Group
• Research and compile economic data and market trends for multiple countries
• Assist in preparing remuneration listings, budgeting, and related reports
• Help coordinate and prepare documentation and materials for remuneration meetings

✅ Requirements:

• Degree in Business, HRM, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – must be comfortable with formulas and data sets
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines
• Experience in Total Rewards or broader HR functions preferred
• A mature, dependable personality who can work under pressure during high-volume periods
• Immediate availability preferred.
