We’re looking for a Manager / Senior Manager to design and deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective facilities that make a real impact! ??

Up to $5,500 per month
Contract period: 1 year
Working hours: Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm
Location: Central Region

What You'll Do:

Turn ideas into workable facility designs and development plans
Evaluate proposals to ensure buildings are functional, maintainable, and fit for purpose
Collaborate with project and contract teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes
Manage procurement and oversee construction projects from start to finish
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

Who We're Looking For:

Singaporean only
Background in architecture, building, or engineering
At least 3 years of experience in construction, facilities, or building projects
Knowledge of building regulations and cost estimation
