Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer (Automotive Workshop – Ubi)

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer to join our automotive workshop located in the Ubi vicinity. This role serves as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle drop-off to collection.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Record customer concerns and prepare job cards for the workshop team
• Communicate repair and service requirements clearly to customers
• Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with mechanics/technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Keep customers updated on repair status and additional service needs
• Handle invoicing, billing, and payment collection
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Customer service experience preferred (automotive background an advantage but not mandatory)
• Team player with a positive attitude

• Location: Ubi vicinity
• Salary Range: $2,000 – $3,300 (commensurate with experience)

• Overtime: Payable according to MOM regulations
