Roles & Responsibilities
  • The position will play a key role in developing and refining HR frameworks that support our operational teams.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory standards and tailored to the unique needs of a facility management workforce.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies that support operational efficiency and compliance with MOM regulations
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to support contract mobilization and manpower forecasting
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align HR strategies with service delivery goals
  • Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data
  • Support audits, ISO certifications, and statutory reporting related to HR functions
  • Maintain and improve SOPs from time to time to fit the business exigencies and operations needs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits for FM roles
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Strong understanding of Singapore labour laws
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and data analytics tools
