We are working closely with a Japanese IT Company for their Infrastructure Support Engineer/Desktop Support Engineer.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
PC Setup and Configuration:
- PC setup, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support
Microsoft 365 Implementation:
- Implement and maintenance to Microsoft 365, Azure
- Set up cloud services such as OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint
Network Support:
- Provide support to network infrastructure (Firewall
- FortiGate, Switch
- NETGEAR, Access Points
- Ruckus)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : Degree or Diploma with major in IT, system engineer, computer science, or related field.
Experience :
- At least 3 years of experience in providing technical support as IT Infrasturcture engineer.
- Good to have experience with Microsoft 365, Network setups, team management.
- Fluencty in Japanese is a must as the job responsibility includes communicating with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
