Role Description

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong General Administration capabilities, including organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is an advantage
  • Prior experience in a construction or related industry is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
