Job Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of community development
Drive community engagement initiatives, including identifying and empowering community leaders.
Oversee the development and implementation of Kaki Learn and Kids Read.
Provide supervision to not more than 3 community workers and/or programme associates.
Champion community-centric practices within the centre to strengthen engagement and impact.
Build and maintain strong networks with internal teams and external partners to achieve program objectives.
Provide leadership, supervision, and professional development support to team members.
Undertake any other responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.

Requirements

Degree, Graduate Diploma, or Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Political Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program development and team supervision.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.
Strong networking, partnership-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in community development will be an advantage.
