Commercial Executive

Job Scope:
- Prepare Tender estimation, submission by providing calculation and monitoring
- Perform risk and value analysis and all Terms & Condition in contracts
- Responsible for all cost estimates, budgetary, cost contract purchase, and handling of material throughout the contract period
- Source for suitable subcontractors for specialized jobs and complex work and assess subcontractors' invoices, and conclude bill settlement within target timeframe
- Assist Commercial Manager with inquiries and billings
- Experience in the Marine Offshore field to understand the repair scope enquired by Clients.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Naval Arch / Marine or Mech Engineering related studies
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipyard or Marine related industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge in AutoCAD is advantageous
