Meat Processing Machine Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Meat Packer to join our team. The Meat Packer will be responsible for packing and preparing various cuts of meat for distribution to customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and pack various cuts of meat according to customer orders

Ensure all meat is properly labeled and packaged for distribution

Operate machinery and equipment to prepare meat for packaging

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience working in a meat packing facility preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
