Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange corporate travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport
  • Coordinate guest visits, meeting schedules, and meeting room arrangements
  • Handle calls, enquiries, and general administrative matters
  • Manage vendors and coordinate office maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records and organised digital filing systems
  • Liaise with finance on invoices, billing matters, and payments
  • Manage email correspondence and internal communications
  • Support company events and office activities
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies
  • Support basic design and content updates (e.g. Canva, LinkedIn) when needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or above, with at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is an advantage
