Service Engineer (Data Center Cooling / CRAC / HVAC)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday half day 8.30-12.30pm- when required -Standby duties may be required based on operational needs
- Location: Kaki Bukit
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5000 Basic + $50 standby allowance + + Minimum 1-4 months Variable Bonus + 15 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Overtime + Dental

Main responsibilities :
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC / WDS systems
- Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Carry out equipment power-up/down procedures and respond to emergency service calls
- Provide technical support and onsite guidance on operation & maintenance procedures
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and site engineers
- Liaise with customer teams to ensure compliance with service standards and quality requirements
- Prepare detailed service reports after each job or call-out
- Submit regular reports on work progress, activities, and corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation and service records
- Monitor contractor work to ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
- Review site activities and implement corrective measures when necessary
- Plan and manage daily work schedules effectively
- Follow all safety regulations, quality standards, and site requirements
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational guidelines
- Support ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering (ACMV / DX systems preferred)
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of CRAC, WDS, or similar critical infrastructure systems is an advantage
- Able to participate in standby duties based on operational requirements
- Open to attending overseas training when required for job-related technical development
