Visual Merchandiser

As a passionate Visual Merchandiser based in-store, you will adapt the visual merchandising initiatives across the Hooga stores in Singapore. Your primary role will be to create visually captivating displays that enhance the overall customer's in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Layout: Assist in projects execution, visual displays, and arrangements that effectively showcase the features and benefits of products. Utilize design principles such as balance, rhythm, proportion, and emphasis to create visually appealing setups.
• Product Presentation: Ensure products are displayed in an enticing and organized manner that aligns with our brand aesthetic. Arrange fixtures, decor items, and accessories to create aspirational living spaces that resonate with our target audience.
• Visual Communication: Collaborate with the Brand Management team to seamlessly integrate branding elements, promotional materials, educational infographics and messaging into visual displays. Maintain brand consistency across merchandising efforts through strategic in-store communications.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and liaising with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of in-store setups and campaign roll out/new store opening/ conversion/atrium sales setups. Sourcing display materials from suppliers and vendors.
• Timeline & Inventory Management: Adhere to timelines for campaign launches, store openings, and seasonal changes. Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure sufficient stock for displays. Coordinate with the store team to replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring products are readily available for showcasing.
• Store Layout Optimization: Analyse customer traffic patterns and behaviour to optimize store layout and display placement. Implement adjustments such as lighting to enhance visibility, and the overall shopping experience.
• Maintenance and Presentation Standards: Ensure well maintain of product displays to uphold cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal. Ensure all displays adhere to brand standards and brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent aesthetic throughout the store. Guiding store team on visual merchandising standards and best practices.

• Diploma in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or Interior Design.
• Proven work experience in visual merchandising field with fashion/home & lifestyle retail experience.
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing relevant visual design projects.
• Work effectively independently and in a team environment.
