Job Scope:
- Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc
- Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience as a Facilities Executive
- Diploma/degree in related fields (FM, Building, M&E, Engineering)
- Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification & expertise
