Compliance consultant (6 months renewable/AML/ Private Banking/$6000 + Bonus)

• Take full ownership of a project work stream, managing tasks independently to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Perform in-depth research and gather data through client interviews and workshops to identify needs and challenges, translating them into actionable solutions.
• Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to clients through well-structured proposals and presentations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of project workflows and outcomes for internal review and knowledge sharing.
• Engage regularly with clients to provide updates, build relationships, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team members to support various project-related tasks as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AML/KYC, compliance, or source of wealth (SOW) remediation, particularly within Private Banking or consulting.
• Familiarity with Business Integration, Migration, or Target Operating Model (TOM) projects in the Private Banking sector.
• Strong grasp of key business processes and financial products relevant to Private Banking.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to apply technology concepts to business challenges.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
