Senior Executive, Learning & Development

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Senior Executive, Learning & Development to support the design, implementation, and administration of key learning and talent development initiatives across the organization. This role plays an important part in building employee capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and driving a strong learning culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the organization's succession planning framework to identify and build critical talent pipelines.
  • Design, coordinate, and conduct in-house training programmes to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training roadmap aligned with organizational goals and workforce capability needs.
  • Plan and facilitate new staff orientation and induction programmes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Oversee training administration, including training schedules, attendance records, budget tracking, vendor coordination, and post-training evaluation.
  • Drive staff engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience.
  • Support the review and implementation of the organization's performance appraisal framework, including processes, timelines, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend relevant development interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programmes, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on training participation, learning outcomes, and talent development metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources.
  • Hands-on experience in areas such as succession planning, training delivery, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRMS or learning management systems will be an advantage.
