We are looking for passionate and results-driven individuals to join our team as a Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive, based on your experience level. You will be instrumental in growing our client base, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Experience Level):

  1. Business Development Manager:
  • Lead and execute business development strategies to expand our market reach.
  • Manage key accounts and long-term client partnerships.
  • Identify market trends, tender opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Prepare winning proposals and support deal negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows.

Manager – Additional Strengths:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Commercial insight to evaluate project feasibility and profitability.
  • Analytical mindset to propose strategic sales solutions.
  1. Business Development Executive:
  • Support daily client communications and new lead generation.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with clients.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to meet project goals.
  • Assist in drafting proposals and documentation.
  • Attend site visits and events to promote services and build rapport.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.

Job Requirements:

For Business Development Manager:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Background in engineering, fabrication, construction, or MNC environments is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Willing to travel for meetings, site visits, or events as needed.

For Business Development Executive:

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Interest or exposure to technical industries (engineering/fabrication) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
