As an Account Manager, you'll join a growing 5-person sales team to help drive new business.

This is a hunter-focused B2B sales role (90% hunting / 10% farming), ideal for someone with strong networks in the system integrator or IT sales space. You’ll be selling the company’s full suite of solutions to enterprise clients across industries.

You’ll need to bring your own connections & industry knowledge to hit the ground running, as you proactively leverage your own network.

This is a permanent full-time role in the office from Monday to Friday, reporting to the Sales Director.

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in System Integration or IT solutions
• Strong sales hunter mindset with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals
• Existing network of clients you can tap into from day one
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence

• Prior experience selling end-to-end enterprise tech solutions
• Familiarity with Singapore’s commercial sector and key B2B decision makers
• Confident, consultative, and strategic approach to sales
• Able to present complex solutions in a clear, business-impact-focused manner
