The Job
Manage the end‑to‑end Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant notifications to regulators and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities- Manage the lifecycle of RNF submissions (appointments, changes, cessations)
- Ensure notifications are accurate and submitted within regulatory timelines
- Validate information from business units before submission
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Maintain audit trails and supporting documents for reviews and audits
- Act as the main contact for RNF matters
- Review and improve RNF processes for efficiency
- Provide ad hoc HR Operations support when required
- Degree in HR or related field
- Experience with regulatory submissions or licensing preferred
- Strong communication skills from a high‑volume environment
- High attention to detail
- Adaptable to different procedures and guidelines
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
