Working Hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM (Mon to Thurs), 8.30AM to 5.30PM (Fri)
Role Overview
You will support personnel well‑being by providing psychological care, developing resilience programmes, and ensuring individuals are psychologically prepared for operational duties. The role also involves training, consultation, and applied research in resilience and well‑being.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement initiatives to strengthen resilience and well‑being support systems.
- Develop, review, and deliver resilience and well‑being training across different staff levels.
- Provide psychological support and intervention, including after critical incidents.
- Offer professional advice on psychology and behavioural science to individuals, teams, and management.
- Build and maintain partnerships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct applied research related to resilience, well‑being, and performance.
- Support other operational and organisational psychology initiatives as required.
- Degree in Psychology or higher.
- Experience in applied psychology, resilience, or well‑being work preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Confident in delivering training to small and large groups.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with attention to detail
