Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support our analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business decisions. This internship offers hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Help automate recurring reports and data processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Document analysis methods and findings clearly
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL and databases
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or R
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn
- Understanding of basic business metrics and KPIs
- Prior academic or personal projects involving data analysis
- Analytical thinking and curiosity
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
