Job Overview
Support Zenyum’s on-ground marketing activations by representing the brand at roadshows and offline events. As a Part-Time Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Zenyum—engaging the public, introducing our products and invisible aligners, and generating quality leads for Smile Checks and dental appointments.

Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Engagement & Lead Generation- Proactively approach and engage passers-by at roadshow locations
- Introduce and promote Zenyum products and invisible aligners
- Engage and qualify potential customers based on campaign objectives
- Capture leads for Smile Checks and dental appointments
- Support daily roadshow setup and teardown activities
- Manage product stock and conduct end-of-event stock takes
- Ensure accurate lead capture and basic reporting
- Represent Zenyum professionally and in line with brand guidelines
- Deliver a positive, friendly, and consistent brand experience
- Assist with ad-hoc on-ground tasks as required
- Weekdays and weekends (AM / PM shifts)
- 8 hours per shift (inclusive of a 1-hour break)
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and interact with the public
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented
