Responsibilities:

Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance on semiconductor metrology equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to reduce equipment downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
Ensure spare parts availability to support timely service tasks.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and cleanroom standards.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).
Carry out other tasks as assigned to support operational needs.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering
3 years’ experience as a field service engineer in semiconductor metrology.
Hands-on expertise with defect inspection or review tools.
Able to work in cleanroom environments
