Middle Office Manager- Private Credit - Toa Payoh
What you'll do:
As a Middle Office Manager in the Private Credit sector, your role will be pivotal in supporting the Private Wealth Credit units in Singapore and Malaysia. You will be tasked with reviewing and initiating changes in business and Avaloq application processes.Your keen eye for identifying risks will be crucial, as well as your ability to manage Avaloq system enhancement projects from start to finish. This includes discussing/documenting user requirements, conducting system testing, delivering implementation, and monitoring post-implementation.
Additionally, you will prepare management reports and presentation decks while also taking on other duties as they are assigned.
- Support Private Wealth Credit Singapore & Malaysia units to review and initiate change in business and Avaloq application process.
- Identify risks and delve deep into requirement / solution gaps.
- Manage Avaloq system enhance projects end to end including user requirement discussion/documentation, system testing and implementation delivery.
- Monitor post-system implementation and provide feedback.
- Prepare management reports and presentation decks.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Middle Office Manager - Private Credit position brings a wealth of experience in Avaloq application and Wealth Management operations, particularly credit collateral monitoring. Your knowledge of investment products such as Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, and Derivatives will be invaluable.You are capable of taking on new tasks independently and can work under project timeline pressure while remaining focused on delivering results. Your meticulous attention to detail is unmatched, especially when it comes to figures. Lastly, your proficiency in MS Office applications will aid you greatly in this role.
- Experience in Avaloq application
- Experience in Wealth Management operations, particularly credit collateral monitoring
- Knowledge of investment products (i.e. Equities/Bonds/Structured Product/ Derivatives)
- Ability to take on new tasks independently
- Ability to work under project timeline pressure & onsite with customers, focused on delivery results
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
