CNC Machinists

Duties:

• Setting & operate CNC machines.

• Able to sets up jigs, fixtures and tooling required for machining process.

• Able to write simple programs for CNC Milling machines

• Able to interpret technical drawing and familiar with drawing symbols

• Knowledge and familiarity with machine cutting tools and application of cutting parameters

• Perform in-process inspection of parts and document results when necessary

• Ensure efficient machine setup, run time and achieve the desired quality expectation of parts

• Comply with company safety rules and regulations

• Maintain good housekeeping practices

Requirements:

• NITEC/ITE/Technical Certificate in Mechanical/Precision/Tool and Die Engineering or equivalent

• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of CNC machining experience in Precision Engineering

• Able to read and interpret blueprints

• Experience in CNC routers is highly advantageous
