Geylang - IT Security Specialist - Mutiple openings - Symantec

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT security operations with a focus on antivirus and endpoint security.
• Proven knowledge of security domains, especially Endpoint Protection and EDR.
• In-depth expertise in tools like Symantec Endpoint Protection, McAfee, Windows Defender, and SentinelOne.
• Experience in managing endpoint protection in large enterprise environments (financial sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and experience in process-oriented environments.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and documentation skills.
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Regular Expressions is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Certifications (Preferred):

• CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional
• Symantec Certified Specialist (SEPM - any version)
