Business Analyst – Mid Level

Salary: SGD $8,000 – $9,800 (commensurate with experience)

Overview Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support ongoing projects. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into system and application requirements
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Identify and manage requirement changes and potential risks
• Support solution design, including user experience and configuration elements
• Prepare functional specifications and documentation using structured methodologies
• Support project lifecycle activities such as feasibility studies, proposals, and implementations
• Develop and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Ability to manage requirement changes, risks, and priorities effectively
• Experience in UAT and integrated testing
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous
• Experience in public sector projects is a plus

• This role may be subject to project-specific clearance requirements
