As an Enterprise Architect, you’ll lead the transformation of enterprise technology infrastructure—driving architectural strategy, enabling secure scalable solutions, and supporting large-scale ICT and cloud initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to senior leadership, where you’ll shape and influence the direction of future tech investments.

• Define and implement enterprise-wide technology strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders to translate goals into architecture requirements
• Design architectural models & frameworks to guide implementation teams
• Provide expert-level guidance across design reviews, application delivery, and technical decision-making
• Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
• Conduct tech assessments & recommend improvements across infrastructure, security, and platforms
• Contribute to governance, information security policy, and compliance alignment (e.g., IM8, GCC, HCC)

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, designing complex IT or ICT solutions
• Strong foundation in on-premise ICT architecture, systems integration, and secure high-performance environments
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure-as-code, cloud security, and cost optimization
• Deep understanding of web security (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSL/TLS) and secure systems design
• Skilled in REST APIs, microservices, containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Information Systems, or related field

• Experience in designing application and systems interoperability
• Background in infrastructure and cloud security architecture
• Understanding of Zero Trust frameworks
• Proficient in relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
• Awareness of AI and Data Engineering concepts
