About the role
Exciting opportunity for a diligent and motivated Clinical Assistant to join the team at Alpha Chiropractic Health Pte Ltd. As a full-time Clinical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our vibrant healthcare practice located in Tanjong Pagar.In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our patients.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a friendly and professional reception
- Assisting with patient intake and registration processes
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean and hygienic wellness clinic
- Performing administrative tasks and providing support to the clinical team
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction
- Ensure smooth daily operation
- Procurement - manage and purchase clinic supplies; perform clinic stock take
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering quality patient care
