CNC Machinist (Turning/ OCTG industry)

• Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• To achieve the manufacturing schedule, according to job assigned.
• Setup and operate lathe machine, complete machining task assigned duly and efficiently.
• Responsible for quality of the parts produced.
• Perform self-inspection on finished workpiece.
• Prepare/ arrange raw material, tooling and fixture for next machining process and programs for set-up.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety, and general machine maintenance.
• Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) activities such as minor maintenance that includes cleaning, inspection, lubrication etc.
• Ability to perform rotating and weekends shift work at moment’s notice.
• Actively participate and involve in appropriate development of HSE matters in areas of hazard / incident identifications, risk assessments, and determination of controls.
• Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.
• In addition to these duties/ responsibilities employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required
• Requirement:
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience within OCTG industry.
• Familiar and competent using precision measuring instruments.
• Relevant industrial training certification or equivalent.
