Responsibilities:

Lead the risk management and compliance function, providing strategic oversight and driving regulatory excellence.
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
Manage outsourced compliance functions and execute the Annual Compliance Plan.
Act as Data Protection Officer, overseeing data privacy compliance and governance.
Serve as the key regulatory liaison, managing inspections, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor and mitigate risks including financial crime, ensuring integrity and ethical conduct across the organization.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance within the insurance sector
