Location: Gul way

• Support in recruitment process, including interviews and selection.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes,
• First point of contact for employee queries
• Provide guidance on industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct, and disciplinary matters
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
• Compile, analyze, and report HR metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, and employee engagement statistics.
• Provide support for year-end activities, including performance appraisals, merit reviews, and bonus processing, as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or Human Resource Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR generalist or business partner roles
• Experience in a plant or manufacturing setting, with a good understanding of its dynamics and challenges, along with handling foreign employees.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a positive attitude
