Junior Assistant Architect

• Assist in design development from concept stage through detailed design
• Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and basic details
• Support the preparation of construction drawing sets and documentation
• Assist in feasibility studies, space planning, and design proposals
• Coordinate with consultants on design, technical, and regulatory matters
• Attend site and consultant meetings; assist in documentation and follow-ups
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant guidelines from Urban Redevelopment Authority and Building and Construction Authority
• Support project coordination to meet timelines and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to project discussions

• Degree or Master’s in Architecture (Part 1 / Part 2 graduates welcome)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years’ experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (BIM knowledge is an advantage)
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of building regulations is preferred (training will be provided)
• Strong interest in residential / landed housing projects
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Willingness to take initiative and grow into a project architect role

• Direct involvement in real landed residential projects in Singapore
• Exposure to design, client interaction, and site coordination
• Mentorship and structured training towards becoming a project architect

You will work closely with the Project Director and be involved in real projects, gaining practical experience in design thinking, technical coordination, and site execution. This position is ideal for candidates who want to grow beyond drafting and develop into a well-rounded architect.
