Location: Paragon

• Barista Supervisor: Up to $3,100
• Senior Barista: $2,500 - $2,900

• AWS
• Commission Scheme

• 5 Days Work Week
• Including Weekends & Public Holidays
• 44 Hours Per Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive café experience
• Handle cashiering duties and customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Support stock replenishment and daily café operations

• Lead and supervise the café team during daily operations
• Ensure service quality and beverage consistency
• Train and guide junior baristas
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Support scheduling and operational coordination
• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction

• Prior experience as a Barista or in café operations
• Coffee preparation and customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience required for Barista Supervisor role
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
