Marketing Manager - Geylang
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our growing Marketing team.
A creative and energetic individual, the manager together with senior management is to inspire and motivate the team towards commercial and marketing goals. This role will stretch across multiple marketing functions within the business from paid digital, social and SEO management to print and retail design & communication and management of brand marketing campaigns.
Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager and working closely with the Business Director, the right candidate must be able to manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the business, and develop and drive a long-term marketing strategy for the company.As a luxe retail brand, Lee Hwa has a wealth of creative marketing output, both digitally and in-stores. A refined, creative eye is a must and ability to conceptualise exciting campaigns and brand highlights, analyse data and ROI together with cross function teams and agencies, manage budgets and day-to-day marketing duties.
Working closely with Merchandising and Creative Design Teams, the manager must be savvy with marketing solutions and strategies keeping the target customers in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day marketing activities for Lee Hwa, working closely with the Business Director, Senior Marketing Manager, eCommerce Team and Marketing Team.
- Manage and oversee the marketing budget alongside the Senior Manager, making key decisions to achieve the results and KPIs.
- Managing work- flows, campaigns and event assets, budgets and lead-times with internal stakeholders and external agencies across media buying strategy, Public Relation and digital scopes. Direct agency partners as required to ensure effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies into activation plans.
- Prepare for weekly and monthly brand and sales performance meetings driving reactive marketing projects in response to business performance. Analyze data to identify insights and translate into business initiatives and/or actionable tasks to drive results.
- Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships - approach and manage meaningful relationships while upholding brand positioning.
- Management of Public Relation campaigns and activities to keep finger on pulse with blogger outreach, social media influencers, stylists and media owners.
- Work with Ecommerce lead and team to grow and manage Ecommerce business, ensuring the right storefronts and branding highlights are presented on various platforms.
- Any other projects and tasks as assigned
As a marketing specialist, you will:
- Have a communication/business degree or equivalent with minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Creative, self motivated, have good benchmarks and a multi-tasker
- Adaptable, able to work in fast paced environment and enjoy thinking on the feet
- Pride yourself in your acute attention to detail and high levels of accuracy and good mentor
- A creative person with ideas and suggestions for development and improvement
