Cloud Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud Engineer to join our team. This role involves daily operations, cloud administration, and hands-on implementation of cloud solutions across various customer engagements.

You will play a key part in ensuring seamless cloud infrastructure operations, supporting migration projects, and contributing to continuous optimization and automation within the project’s environment.

• Perform daily cloud operations and basic administration in customer environments.
• Execute cloud implementation projects and pilots with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Operate cloud infrastructure aligning with technical designs and specifications.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation (preferred).
• Support cloud migration activities using tools such as CloudEndure or Azure Migrate; experience with 20+ VM or database migrations is advantageous.
• Collaborate in operational meetings, provide technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while adhering to defined SLAs and maintain detailed documentation.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, tools, and certifications in the cloud space, and share insights with the technical community.

• Proven experience in a cloud delivery or cloud operations role.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within delivery teams.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with automation/configuration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with cloud migration tools and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation discipline.
• Industry certifications in cloud platforms (preferred).
