Industry Focus: Semiconductor Materials & Solutions and related segments
Product Line: Dow's and other similar Advanced Materials – including TIM (Thermal Interface Materials), dielectric materials, silicones, semiconductor-enabling chemistries and other turn-key (down/upstream product) projects in similar segments like the Display, Consumer & Communications and Industrial Electronics.
Job Description- Drive sales and business development for Dow’s and other semiconductor materials across Southeast Asia (or specified region).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within IDM, OSAT, and Tier-1 accounts.
- Provide front-line technical support and coordinate with application engineering teams.
- Lead technical discussions, qualification cycles, and manage long sales pipelines.
- Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
- Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Science, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic materials industry.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments, IC packaging, wafer-level processes, or backend assembly and complete processes is a strong advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is a plus to effectively communicate with clients
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, evolving market with complex technical challenges.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
