Logistics Operations Analyst (Cross-Border Logistics)

The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a well-established international logistics solutions provider, and we are looking for a Logistics Operations Analyst (Cross-Border Logistics) to join their business permanently. The successful incumbent will manage the end-to-end logistics operations for strategic accounts, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure service reliability, performance consistency, and operational improvements across multiple supply chain touchpoints.

  • Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Location: East Region
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm (hybrid working model)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 7,500 monthly + Bonus

The Job:

  • Own the operational performance of assigned strategic client accounts across international logistics lanes.
  • Coordinate closely with third-party logistics partners, freight providers, and last-mile operators to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
  • Monitor operational performance through data, dashboards, and reporting, identifying risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the central coordination point during service disruptions, exceptions, or escalations.
  • Support the rollout of new logistics lanes, service models, and client onboarding initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational standards, service processes, and performance frameworks.
  • Review SLA performance on a regular basis and support corrective actions when service outcomes fall below expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive operational discipline, visibility, and execution excellence.

The Talent:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of experience in international logistics, cross-border e-commerce, parcel freight, or fulfilment environments.
  • Hands-on exposure to 3PL coordination, air freight operations, and last-mile delivery management.
  • Working knowledge of export processes, customs requirements, and air cargo operations; experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability, including Excel-based analysis and working with structured operational datasets.
  • Experience supporting key or high-volume client accounts, including performance tracking and service improvement initiatives.
  • Structured, adaptable, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage complexity and change effectively.
