Sales Marketing Executive
The Sales Marketing Executive provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of sales and marketing activities and campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team
- Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly internal sales reports
- Prepare and generate sales reports for internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Process sales orders, handle sales returns and other documents
- Monitor, track, and update daily sales statuses
- Create and maintain inventory codes in the system
- Handle inquiries and feedback from stakeholders and customers.
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of administrative experience supporting sales / marketing
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Pleasant personality and able to work as a team player
- Able to work under tight schedule and handle pressure
