About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing (Social Media Manager) to lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various platforms. This role is crucial in building our brand presence online, increasing patient engagement, and driving appointment bookings across our dental clinics.
You will manage all aspects of social media, digital content, and online advertising, working closely with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to deliver effective and compliant campaigns tailored for Singapore’s healthcare audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Create engaging, on-brand content that educates and inspires patients (e.g., reels, carousels, testimonials).
- Monitor community engagement, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with followers.
- Manage social media advertising and boost key posts to support reach and conversion.
- Digital Campaigns & Online Advertising
- Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.) to drive new patient leads.
- Work with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Track and optimise ad performance based on KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Collaborate on blog articles, email newsletters, landing pages, and video scripts.
- Coordinate content production with internal teams or freelancers (photographers, videographers, designers).
- Ensure all content aligns with MOH guidelines and PDPA compliance.
- Website, CRM & Analytics
- Update website content (e.g., promotions, testimonials, service pages) using CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Use CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) for nurturing leads and retention campaigns.
- Analyse marketing performance reports using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and campaign dashboards.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media, ideally within healthcare or service-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of paid social, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, WordPress, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s digital audience, local trends, and regulatory marketing guidelines (PDPA, MOH).
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with clinics, dental groups, or medical aesthetic brands in Singapore.
- Familiarity with influencer engagement, online reviews, and patient testimonials.
- Experience in basic video editing, visual storytelling, or campaign creative direction.
